Colorstudy Web Design is a small organization that does consulting and just recently hosting. Most design and all programming is done by Ian Bicking, ianb@colorstudy.com.

You can view Ian's resume for something about his skills and background. There is also a technical resume that lists much more specific information about the software and environments he has used. (If you don't have a technical background yourself, that resume may not mean much to you).
