I haven't been working on this for a while, but it is in a proto-useful stage nevertheless. I also think it's one of the more viable translations of a pre-existing language into Guile Scheme -- most of the other translated languages (except maybe elisp) are concocted languages that are symantically similar to Scheme. Tcl is not very similar to Scheme.

The current version is 0.2.1.

A version of that (for the Schism partial evaluator) is also available for download.
